Starting Nine!

With the start of baseball season only a few days away, here's my starting lineup on my PS Team. Warning, the line-up is not based solely on statistics and star power. I play by the mantra "If they look good, then they're in the lineup!"

Of course, starting off is local favorite - Jacoby Ellsbury of the Boston Red Sox - our center fielder. He's worth the the price of admission at Fenway any day.

Pretty Isn't Always Nice!

This weekend at Paradise, I ran into a sexy looking guy I've talked to online in the past. But as usual the pretty ones turn out to be single for a reason - they are not very likeable.

Whether it be their self-centered attitudes, their inability to relate to others or to their ego driven tendencies, they often turn out to be like the present you get on Christmas morning - not exactly what you were hoping for.

City of Sin!

Spent some time in Providence this weekend, which I consider my City of Sin. Say what you want about New England's Mafia Capital, but you can be guaranteed a good time.

Whether it be gambling, strip joints or sex clubs, the city has a little of everything - including some hot boyz!

The Big Lug Retires

Love him or hate him, Curt Schilling delievered when he had to (in Arizona and in Boston). His bloody sock game will go down in baseball history.

In the end, he worked hard, had high expectations and wasn't afraid to speak his mind - qualities you can't help but admire. Even if he was a Republican.

What I've Been Thinking of Lately

Sometimes just the smell of spring can get your mind wandering. There is something about springtime that makes one want to tear their clothes off and get naked.

Trouble in Paradise

The Governor of Massachusetts should be frowning these days with all the heat he is taking from the media, some of his supporters and citizens in general. I don't think this was the Change people had expected.

The Heats in Town!

Right now, he is the best basketball player in the NBA (sorry LeBron and Kobe).

It doesn't hurt that he's one of the sexiest, too!

Some High and Hard Heat!

Jonathan Papelbon let lose a high heater inside to our old friend, Manny Ramirez, who the Red Sox closer labeled a "cancer" and stated "had to go". A fact most of us in Boston knew long ago.

Something, the fans in LA will find out this year. After being embarassed by his failed free agency bid, and forced to sign a 2 year deal with LA because of no other offers, Manny will lay down the first chance he gets. Which looks like tonight because reports have him missing his first exhibition game because of a tight hamstring. Hello!

U2 IN MY BACKYARD

Well not actually my backyard - more like Davis Sqaure, Somerville - where I live with theMan these days. The cops have already taken over the square and all the gawkers are standing outside, hoping to get a glimpse of Bono and the Boys. Unfortunately its a private gig and you have more of a chance of seeing them on MTV than in concert tonight.

Loser of the Week!

Finally Bernard Madoff will pay the price for all the people whose lives he devastated.

May the SOB rots in jail for rest of his miserable life.

Time Up for TO!

Why is it some of the most talented athletes turn out to be the big losers? Instead of using his great skills to help his team succeed, Terrell Owens chooses to focus his energy on what matters most - himself. Now its left him without a team again.

Like most men I meet these days, they look good but turn out to have too many issues.

Sometimes Life's a Battle

Some days from the moment you wake up, it's a battle. Starting with the miserable cold commute to work on the unreliable T, to the usually bullshit at the office, to the dysfunctional family who continue to create drama - everything seems to try your patience. By the end of the day, even a good workout can't ease the tension. But in the end, your just content to make it through the day and live to see tomorrow.

Ghosts

In life we often have a brief encounter with someone who leave a lasting impression. Someone who even the sight or mere thought of them stops you in your tracks.

Thinking of you, Pretty Ricky!

Where I've Been?

Sometimes it's good to sit back and contemplate things.

Especially when you have company.
